Privacy Policy

At Greencare we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of those we deal with. In particular, we want you to know that Greencare are not in the business of selling, renting or trading data or lists or any information with other companies and businesses for any purpose whatsoever. We just don’t do that sort of thing. In this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we are sometimes, very occasionally, in receipt of your personal information, how we use it, the fact we do not disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Inbound orders

Sometimes, and this is rare, we learn the identity of the purchaser/user of one of our many products. This may be so we can effect delivery of such products or arrange a representative to visit. This information may form part of a private diary of one of our staff or be stored in our delivery scheduling/proof of delivery file. The information is never processed or assembled in any other form to facilitate further marketing activity nor is it kept in a data location that would be insecure. Delivery records are deleted automatically after 6 months. Wheelchair data is stored using the chair serial number and is not stored by user name for those rare occasions a name becomes known to us.


When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone at all. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Office WiFi

We offer guest WiFi in our buildings but do not monitor use or collect data from this facility.

Mobile Phone Application (App)

As part of the registration process for our Greencare Mobility App, users can elect to disclose limited personal information. We use that information for one reason only: to tell you about stuff happening at Greencare Mobility. We don’t rent or trade this information with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, Mobile Rocket, to manage our App. We gather statistics around usage using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our App. You can block ‘push notifications’ at any time of the day or night.


We DO NOT share any information we hold with third parties, its as simple as that. Any person at any time can ask us to check our data files and ask for a copy of any information we hold. In the event we do hold anything such details can be amended by the subject and even be deleted. We are an ethical company with a firm belief that personal data should remain just that – personal.

We will keep this policy under constant review and changes to policy will be posted on our websites.
